As a long-time customer I thought now an appropriate time to give you some feedback because every time I leave Balgowlah Automotives I am angry and disappointed:
• I am angry with myself that I haven’t spent enough time thanking the team for their fantastic service, friendly approach, good old fashioned honest hard work for a fair price and professionalism.
• I am disappointed for all the car owners on the Northern Beaches that don’t know about your business and have to suffer over-priced and inadequate car servicing and repairs.
All your additional “value adds” are very much appreciated – just pop in if there is a problem, do you need a lift somewhere, we will phone first with a quote and see if you want to go ahead etc.
How you have maintained a clapped out aging Holden Commodore in its road worthy state is nothing short of a miracle, I just wish I could bring in a vintage beast of a car for your brilliant mechanics to work their magic.
Instead of being angry and disappointed after my most recent visit this week, I’ve penned this note to say a profound thank you to the entire team.
